An Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees governs KU Endowment and takes responsibility for ensuring that it will provide significant support for the University now and in the future. 

An Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees governs KU Endowment and takes responsibility for ensuring that it will provide significant support for the University now and in the future. The Executive Committee, of up to fifteen members, meets quarterly and the entire board, of up to 75 members, meets annually. Throughout the year, individual trustees serve on committees of five to eight members each, overseeing specific areas of operation. Board members receive no compensation for their service.
