Student Development Associate Handbook
The handbook discusses the importance of the phone calls that student callers make as well as the different parts of the phonathon call and how to do them correctly.
This is an example of the scripts that all callers are expected to follow during each and every call. Please pay particular attention to the Ask Ladder portion.
Over the course of the year the call center contacts alumni from every program at KU. This is an information sheet for the business school that would be used in addition to the script to tell alumni what is going on at the University of Kansas.
