When a student calls, asking you to give to KU, we hope you will take the opportunity to pledge your support.
The caller is a KU student, working hard to contact alumni, parents and friends to help renew ties to the university and update information. Our “Jaytalkers” also can help you make a gift to KU. These students major in a wide variety of fields. It’s a challenging job, but a rewarding one, particularly when a friendly voice describes fond memories of KU. We appreciate your kindness when they call, even if you can’t currently contribute.
In fiscal year 2009, which ended June 30, our student callers raised $1.16 million in pledges for KU.
